Sawana is an Arizona Licensed Massage Therapist and has been since 2012. She graduated top of her class at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. Massage is her absolute passion. It is her belief that quality massage therapy should be available to everyone and that it should be incorporated into each persons regular healthcare routine. She specializes in Myotherapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Swedish Relaxation, Sports Therapy, and Hot Stone Massage. Outside of work, Sawana has been married to her wonderful husband since 2008 and together they have 3 beautiful sons. They enjoy spending their free time adventuring, camping, exploring, and creating memories together.

Hi, my name is Aaron Wingert I have been practicing massage therapy for close to 20 years. I have worked at 5 star resorts for the past 16 years. I have a degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science from Arizona State University and graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe Az in 2001. I live in Glendale Arizona with my wife and four children. I believe the secret to health is creating balance in ones life and there is no better way to create balance for most of us then to unplug and get some great body work.

Hi, my name is Megan Cook and I am so excited to be apart of your healing journey. I have always been passionate about helping people live a healthier lifestyle. I graduated from Phoenix College with an associates in Massage Therapy in 2019. I continued with my education and earned my bachelors in Allied Health from NAU, in order to have more knowledge and be the best LMT that I can be. I specialize in Deep tissue and Swedish massage. I am also certified in Reiki and usually incorporate it into my massages so that you leave our session feeling completely serene. My husband and I have been married for 2 years and just recently welcomed our sweet baby girl into our family.
